Solaris ProPolice/SSP

This page contains links to enable Solaris users to build a ProPolice/SSP-enabled GCC.

As GCC 4.1 now contains this technology, and support for shared libraries, these instructions are largely obsolete.

NOTE: Tested on Sparc and x86 under Solaris 9 only. Contact <johnc@grok.org.uk> with feedback.
Installation instructions: apply SSP as normal, then patch gcc/libgcc2.c with Solaris-specific patch.
